We are looking for a motivated, positive and forward thinking visual designer with 3 to 6 years of experience. Ambitious to contribute to a better world.

You will translate strategy into original visual concepts and design systems that bring brands to life in an unmistakable way. From logotypes, typography and composition, to the design of every conceivable digital and physical space.

About you

You are highly motivated to share your experience, skills and vision in the field of branding and visual design with us and bring them to a higher level.
You are a sparring partner for the team and experienced in translating strategy into original visual concepts.
You think and work from design systems and are able to design them in a scalable way for both physical and digital platforms and touchpoints.
You are able to lead and supervise a project from start to finish as a point of contact in the field of visual design.
You have a proactive attitude and are up to date with the latest developments in branding and visual design.

About us

You will work in a small core team where there are many opportunities to develop yourself and where your vision and ideas play a role in all phases of the project.
We have a diverse portfolio of clients that you will be working for and we also have our own initiatives that you can team up on or initiate yourself.
We offer you a unique workplace in our studio, located at Brouwersgracht (3 min. walk from CS).
Every other Friday you get a whole day off to develop yourself professionally, or to dedicate your time to a fairer and more sustainable world.
We offer a remuneration in line with the market and you will receive a budget to develop yourself.
Fresh and home-cooked vegan-vegetarian lunch is included

Minimum requirements

You have 3 to 6 years of experience as a designer at another design studio or agency.
You have maximum knowledge and experience of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign (AfterEffects is a big plus).
You have a strong portfolio with authoritative work that clearly presents your vision in the field of branding and visual design.
You have strong communication skills (NL and/or EN) that allow you to present your ideas and designs in a clear way to our team and clients.
You are available full-time (40h/week) and are able to work from our studio in Amsterdam.
