Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IAM and Security Services Manager to lead our access service initiatives. This role will oversee the implementation and management of customer-specific IAM solutions, audit support services, and privileged account management, as well as contribute to the establishment of our SOC.

Key Responsibilities:

IAM Hosting Services:

Manage the hosting of customer-specific and organization-wide IAM solutions.
Facilitate implementation projects and provide ongoing line service support to clients.

AIC Service:

Deliver ‘Demonstrably In Control’ audit support services for logical access.

PAM Service:

Oversee the controlled use of privileged management accounts.

SOC Development:

Assist in setting up the Security Operations Center, overseeing functions such as:

ISO Management:

Develop and manage ISO, CISO, and policy-related annotations.

Intelligence Gathering:

Design and implement processes for information collection and threat exploitation.

Forensics:

Conduct forensic investigations as needed.

Research & Development:

Innovate and develop new security products.

Security Operations:

Monitor ongoing security services and manage escalation protocols.

Cloud Security:

Ensure the security of the computing center and orchestration environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience at HBO level in a similar role.
At least 3 years of experience in realizing and implementing IAM solutions.
PRINCE II Practitioner certification is essential.
Completed HBO education in a relevant security field.
ITIL Foundation knowledge (certification preferred).
Strong theoretical knowledge of IAM, SOC, and PAM environments.
Familiarity with European tendering processes for IAM solutions.
Knowledge of privacy legislation, including AVG.
Proficiency in Dutch (CV required) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in planning and organizing tasks.
Organizational sensitivity and awareness.
Experience with Principal Tool Box for project management.
Previous experience in similar organizations is highly advantageous.
