What does your role as Business Controller look like?

As Business Controller, you are the right hand of the CFO and a strategic sparring partner for the management team (MT) and other teams. You provide in-depth insight into our business processes and business models and proactively provide advice based on financial and operational data.

What will you do?

Internal Control & Risk Management:

You monitor processes, identify risks and advise on controlling solutions.

Strategic advice:

You support the MT with concrete recommendations to improve strategy and processes.

KPI management:

You develop, implement and monitor KPIs that ensure an efficient and goal-oriented organization.

Data Analytics & AI:

You deploy data analysis tools and AI to generate valuable insights and enhance decision-making.

Forecasting & Planning:

You will establish strategic plans and make long-term forecasts to guide our growth.

Scaling up internationally:

You will help set up processes and structures suitable for international growth and assist in establishing and managing foreign entities.

CSRD & B Corp:

You will work to improve our B Corp goals and implement and maintain CSRD reports.

It’s all about (your) experience

We are looking for a driven professional who stands firmly on his/her feet and has strong communication skills. You have an analytical mind and know how to bring others along with you in your vision. In addition, you bring the following:

• A completed college or university degree in business economics, finance, accounting, business administration or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of data analytics and affinity for AI applications.
• Experience in strategic planning and forecasting.
• Skill in developing and implementing KPI-driven processes.
• Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management (ERP) is a plus.
• Experience with PowerBI and the MS Office applications is desired.
• An international mindset and strong organizational skills.
