Finance Transformation Manager

Responsibilities: This role consists of managing three important projects for the Finance Department: FinOps Retrospective Recommendations: The retrospective is a financial management review developed in partnership with Operations. The role's main responsibility is to make progress on the recommendations table through stakeholder engagement and tenacity, in partnership with the Operations Expert. Field Budgeting Tool project: WeFin has been selected as the new field budgeting software. It is your role to represent and lead the project to success in partnership with the Project Manager. You will focus on change management, communications, trainingmaterialsandthe rollout planin addition to achieving the functional requirements for Finance. AML/CFT:Develop a framework policy in partnership with the Supply Department for anti-money laundering compliance checks in our country programs. Key responsibilities include: Creating detailed program/project plans with milestones, objectives, and risk analyses.Establishing team and governance structures.Ensuring stakeholder involvement and engagement.Managing and tracking program/project milestones and control cycles.Communicating progress and status oftransformation program globally to internal audiences.Implementing systems, tools, and dashboards.Aligning efforts between OCA and the international MSF movement.Promoting innovative solutions across departments.Advising Heads of Departments on strategic directions.Contributing to the functional strategy of the Finance department. Candidate Profile: EducationalBackground: Relevant education in finance or a related field.Experience: Due to the short-term interim nature of this role, we requireprevious MSF experience.Skills: Broad knowledge of finance administration processes and processes in supply, HR, and operations departments. Proven capability to lead and coordinate initiatives.Communication: Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and persuasively across different departments and with international counterparts. Competences Strategic thinking Stakeholder Engagement Problem Analysis & Solving Communication, both written and oral Result driven Integrity We offer: A 1-year Dutch employment contract, based on 40 hours per week. A gross monthly salary in scale 17 with a current salary range between 4,665 and 6,422e. Your exact salary will depend on relevant work experience.
