We are actively searching for new talent to join Opus as a Junior Recruitment Consultants based in our international office here in Amsterdam! In this sales job you will be part of a strong team of 15 Recruiters, 8 different nationalities, in a spacious new office just off Dam Square!WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Undertaking our industry leading Sales Conversion Training programme to apply your transferable sales skills in a recruitment context
- Managing the 360 degree recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process
- Building long–lasting client relationships with SMEs and larger scale companies, further developing and honing your sales skills in negotiation and objection handling
- Sourcing candidates from various platforms and find out their motivations, drivers and requirements for their next exciting career opportunity
- Developing your networking skills in order to pitch to Senior Executives for their exclusive business
- Undertaking comprehensive ‘LinkedIn Recruiter’ training, providing you with the skills and resources to hunt down some of the most niche skill sets in the world
- Writing creative job adverts and run mass scale marketing campaigns to attract new business and talent
- Staying up to date with changes in your market and industry, attending events on behalf of Opus
