Front of house employee

Boom Chicago is expanding our front-of-house team! We’re looking for flexible, charming and experienced bartenders, servers and hosts.
We are always improving and we ask the same of our staff.
We stop at nothing to give our guests a night to remember. 

What We Are Looking for in You:

• Positive and enthusiastic mindset
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• Accountable and independent working attitude
• English speaking
• Barista and/or cocktail-making skills are a plus
• SvH ‘Social Hygiene’ diploma is a huge plus

Responsibilities:

• Correctly prepare the bar for service
• Greet and acknowledge all guests, pro-actively reaching out to them
• Know the FOH manual and follow it
• Serve drinks, cocktails and specials correctly and timely
• Sell tickets to guests
• Assist during in-house (corporate) events
• Recognize up-sell opportunities and actively pursue them
• Prepare food
• Ensure the workplace is clean and tidy
• Follow tasks given by Floor Managers or Venue Manager
• Be proactive, can-do, and passionate
• HAVE FUN!
