Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and three restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles, and the smallest fine-dining restaurant in The Netherlands, até.

In the heart of the hotel is Bar Brasserie OCCO. Here, we focus on quality regional products, craftsmanship, and personal service. We welcome our local and international guests in the casual Brasserie, at the Bar, or in our cozy lounge for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee, or a creative cocktail.

Bar Brasserie OCCO is looking for a Supervisor. You will work in the Food & Beverage team and report to the Bar Brasserie Manager. As supervisor, you are responsible for serving both Bar Brasserie OCCO, Banqueting and Room Service. You are able to manage your team in such a way that the operation runs smoothly, but above all, you rotate in the team yourself as a host/hostess. You create a warm atmosphere and ensure that everything is well organized.

In this role, you are constantly working to create the ‘wow’ factor for our guests. As Brasserie Supervisor, you will work towards our team ambition to earn a Bib Gourmand for Bar Brasserie OCCO.

• You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
• You socially strong, also with international guests in English.
