Shiftleader industrial cleaning
you are responsible for the execution and technical supervision of cleaning activities on production equipment, installations, machines, rooms and warehouses using equipment and tools. You are co-responsible for the optimal course of these activities by ensuring adequate preparations and supervising, instructing and checking activities on the basis of instructions, procedures, specifications and applicable standards. You are the point of contact for employees when problems arise.

To achieve your tasks, this includes:

• You take care of staffing and work distribution;
• You identify activities and check cleaning specifications, schedules and orders;
• You ensure that correct cleaning and cleaning agents are available, identify stock shortages in time and report any replenishments/orders required to the manager;
• You give clear directions and instructions (including during shift handovers);
• You ensure that the preparation of disinfectants and cleaning agents is done according to regulations;
• You supervise cleaning and cleaning activities of production areas and lines, installations, peripheral equipment and pipeline networks;
• You ensure that production areas and equipment are ready for production at the end of the shift.

Your profile

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Good command of the Dutch language, English is an advantage;
• You have knowledge of industrial cleaning and cleaning;
• You have knowledge of the tools to be used (such as high-pressure sprayers, foam cleaners and hand tools) and can handle them;
• You are willing to work outside regular working hours, such as at night and on weekends.
