The company is looking to expand their growing business and are therefore looking for an experienced Software Engineer (C). The organization has been in the telecom business for roughly 8 years and they have been nominated a few times for telecom awards (equivalent of the Oscars within the telecom industry), and have been on the list among A-players within the field..

The company works on advanced software for routing and interworking for 3,4 and 5G, IMS, Fixed wifi and M2M networks. If this gives you energy and your heart sincerely starts beating faster from working within this domain, this might be your next careers step. The job will be working on translating requirements into product requirements, subsequent software engineering disciplines: architecture, design, implementation and test. Besides, you are also going to work on the next generation product line with high performance, multi-threaded, RT Software Solutions, all based on Linux. As you like to be part of the full development life cycle, a part will also be providing support for technical queries and conversations with sales, partners customers and prospects.

The experience you bring

• Technical experience in C programming language
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the software engineering industry (telecom domain preferred)
• IP networking (next generation), solution architecture within telecom industry
• Telecom network architectures, protocols and their usage, components
• Relevant degree within Computer Science, Engineering or telecom industry
• Linux (redhat) or Unix OS environment
• Real time software development
• Multi-Threaded programming
• Nice to have: Virtualization Solutions
• Nice to have: Unix Scripting (shell, Perl, Python)
• Nice to have: 3gpp AND IETF protocol standards
• Big Bonus: SNMP and Network Management Systems
