to oversee the installation of underground pipelines, drainage, and electrical cables. In this role, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while effectively managing contractors on-site.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of underground pipelines, drainage systems, sewer systems, and electrical cables for power and control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project planning throughout the construction phase.
- Supervise contractors and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure efficient and timely execution.
- Communicate regularly with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to align work progress and resolve issues.
- Identify and address construction challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions and adherence to project goals.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify that all underground infrastructure is installed correctly.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting of work progress, compliance checks, and any deviations.
- Support in achieving sustainability and efficiency targets related to underground civil works.
Requirements Civil Supervisor - Underground Infrastructure
- At least 5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in underground pipeline and cable infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, construction standards, and civil engineering requirements.
- Proven ability to manage contractors effectively and oversee on-site execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing construction challenges.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to project demands.
