Alfen, a leading energy solutions provider based in Almere, is looking for an experienced Lead HR Business Partner to lead and transform the HR Business Partner function. In this new role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the HR Business Partner team by bringing HR strategy close to the business and further developing the team members into business partners at all levels. Het aanbod:

• Gross annual salary up to €115.000,- (including 8% holiday allowance and one month bonus) based on a 40-hour working week (CAO Metalektro)
• A 36-40 hour working week with the flexibility to occasionally work from home
• 27 holidays and 13 ADV days on a full-time basis
• A commuting allowance of 23 cents per km with a maximum of 50 km one way
• Phone and laptop
• An independent and responsible role with room for personal contribution, new ideas, initiative and entrepreneurship

Jouw profiel:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR Business Partnering, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in transformation, change, leadership & organization development
• Ample strategic experience in growing environments, preferably in the technical industry or a related sector
• Experience in managing best-in-class HR campaigns
• Fluent in English and Dutch (working language is Dutch)
