Business Development Representative France
International automotive company is looking for a commercial talent
Are you a native French speaker with a passion for sales and all things automotive? Whether you’re just starting your career journey or have a few years of experience under your belt, Network4Cars invites you to join our international Sales Trader team!In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our senior Sales Traders and qualify leads to accelerate our automotive wholesale activities in France. You’ll be reaching out to official car-dealerships, rental companies, leasing companies and automotive traders in France, developing and qualifying leads until they're ready for hand-off to Senior Sales Traders.
You'll maintain a deep understanding of the European Automotive market, our products, and services, identifying prospects and establishing effective contacts. As a Business Development Representative, delivering superior customer experiences is key, setting the stage for future product sales at Network4Cars.
At Network4Cars, we're not just colleagues — we're a tight-knit team of over 60 specialists, fluent in 10 languages, motivated by our drive to constantly raise the bar. Our connecting language is English and the ability to speak Dutch is not required in this position.
The challenge
After an onboarding period, where you will be trained by your colleagues from different departments, your daily routine will include the following responsibilities and tasks:- Build and maintain a lead development pipeline via outbound-calling, e-mail, in-bound leads, as well as utilizing internet information sources
- Qualifying sales-leads and business opportunities for the French market
- Maintain close relationships with the senior Traders active in your market
- Utilizing our CRM-system Salesforce
- Coordinating with our marketing-department for promotional activities in your market
- Work together with our Product & Pricing department on market insights

- Fluency in French & English (Dutch not required)
- Proficient in digital tools (experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training)
- Bachelor’s level education or equivalent
- Confident, determined, and possess a real entrepreneurial mindset
- Energetic and commercial attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Residing in the Randstad region of the Netherlands
