Your Role
As a 
Scrum Master
 at DEVCO, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our clients’ teams through the adoption and implementation of Scrum practices. Working as a consultant for our clients, you’ll leverage your expertise in agile methodologies and your background in software engineering to support and motivate teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.

Your Experience

• A completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• A background in software engineering
• Certified or willing to obtain certifications (e.g., PSM-I, PSM-II, SAFe)
• Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken

Nice to 
Have

• Familiarity with other agile methodologies
• Experience with enterprise-level Scrum (SAFe)
