Are you ready for the next step in challenging maintenance projects? Do you confidently take responsibility for spending planned maintenance budgets optimally? Do you understand the needs of clients like no other and do you know how to create an appropriate maintenance scenario for each housing complex? Then you are the professional who fits the new Koestr and their clients!

As Planner, you are the driving force behind appealing and highly varied projects of Koestr that are diverse in project size. Now that a new multi-year agreement with a major client has been scored, the need for reinforcement has only increased. With your recordings and inspections you draw up accurate calculations and maintenance scenarios (RGS), with an eye for sustainability and circularity. Your recommendations are translated within client teams into concrete implementation plans. Koestr offers plenty of opportunities for growth and gives you the freedom to manage your own schedule, which makes for varied working days, with an average of about 40% outpatient and the rest of the time at the office in Kaatsheuvel.

Your main tasks:

• Preparation and coordination of RGS plans, from analysis to implementation.
• Performing inventories and condition measurements.
• Calculating, budgeting and preparing maintenance scenarios and work plans.
• Maintaining contacts with clients and external parties.
• Assessing offers and identifying risks.
• Contributing to RGS knowledge development among colleagues, clients and chain partners.

As a new employee, you will join the Planning team, which consists of five people. Together with you, the project leader, foreman, work planner and contact person of the client will form a permanent client team. At Koestr there is a pleasant working atmosphere and lunch is shared. Koestr: what is good should stay good

The ideal candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience for example a study in which real estate engineering, construction engineering, property management and/or business economics was an important part.
• You have several years of experience in a similar position, preferably within property maintenance.
• You work accurately, are communicatively strong, have a high sense of responsibility and are proactive.
• You have knowledge of laws and regulations within property maintenance.
• You are familiar with working according to the RGS methodology.
• You have an affinity with ICT, such as inspection apps, Property Plan and Office.
• Knowledge of Alert (Centric software package) is an advantage.

• Gross salary from €4,400 per month based on 37.5 hours per week.

Aertgeerts Vastgoedzorg

(Rotterdam) is a reliable and decisive construction company. Started as a small family business in 1931, it has grown into a professional and flexible organization with approximately 70 employees. As a flexible shell, it uses a stable group of subcontractors. Hereby they focus on optimal satisfaction of clients and tenants.

HEKO

The Hague, with almost 100 employees, has focused on the maintenance and sustainability of real estate for more than 70 years, with Planned Maintenance, Energy & Sustainability and Fire Safety. HEKO’s core values in this sustainable and long-term property management are sustainability, happiness and result-oriented cooperation (RGS).

An integration of the companies SW Vastgoedverbetering (Kaatsheuvel), Aertgeerts (Rotterdam) and HEKO (The Hague) will take place in the coming months. By mid-2025, the new company Koestr will stand like a house, with its own new identity and even more clout, but also with the familiar professionals, quality and reliable approach.
