What are you going to do?
As an Operator – Diagnostic Products, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, where no two days are the same. Your day will vary from hands-on production activities and contributing to process improvements to collaborating within the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and aliquoting media.
• Assembling diagnostic kits and preparing them for shipment by performing both automated and manual process steps.
• Keeping the laboratory clean and organized, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment.
• Contributing to the optimization of protocols and procedures.
• All work is performed according to established protocols and ISO 13485 quality guidelines.

What do we ask?
For the position of Lab Coordinator – Diagnostics, we are looking for an enthusiastic MBO or HBO candidate with a completed relevant degree in Life Sciences, such as Molecular Biology.

• Preferably, you have around 2 years of experience in a production environment or laboratory (Starters are also encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of liquid handling robots and PCR is considered a plus.
• You are quality- and people-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• You can work independently and step in where needed.
• You have good command of Dutch and English and live in the Utrecht region.

What do we have to offer?

• Long-term employment, starting with a one-year contract directly with the company.
• Salary range of €2,500 – €3,000 gross per month based on full-time employment.
• Full-time position, with the option to work 32 hours per week.
• Day shift.

Where will you be working?
This internationally oriented company develops and sells a wide range of diagnostic tests and services, analysis software, and training courses. This position is part of the Operations team, which consists of a total of 12 colleagues. As an Operator – Diagnostic Products, you will work in the day shift.

Via CheckMark een nieuwe uitdaging gevonden in een andere branch, bij Royal Talens in Apeldoorn. Telefonisch een goed eerste gesprek gehad over de vacature, gevolgd door een verdiepende Microsoft Teams-meeting (fijn om elkaar aan te kijken tijdens een gesprek). Uitgebreid gesproken over de vacature, maar ook over wat ik zocht en hoopte te vinden in een nieuwe uitdaging.
