They are looking for an operations manager that is responsible for operating, optimising and improving the water and wastewater assets at several customer sites. The Operations Manager is expected to drive operational excellence and ensure high reliability and efficiency of the (waste)water systems. The manager will be responsible for taking ownership of day-to-day and medium-term activities over all aspects of the contract sites.
Responsibilities
Financial control of budget
Control of sub-contracts
Optimization of plant to maximize efficiencies
Co-ordinate and implementation of HSE systems
Leadership
Support the development of training and competence material
Building recognition and relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor/Industrial engineer in electro-mechanical or equivalent
- Preferred Background in (waste) water treatment
- Certificate/training in Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety system
- Language : FR/ENG. NL optional
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Unlimited EU working permit
