We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic design intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the marketing department by creating visual assets that enhance our communication efforts across different teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in graphic design, branding, video editing and marketing. THE ROLE: Create visual content: Design engaging and on-brand visual assets, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with various departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Partnership & Product) to understand their visual content needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their objectives. Create website visuals: Create visuals for our website to elevate the brand image to the next level, such as hero banners and landing page designs and newsletter images. Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all visual content adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels and platforms. Content management: Organise and manage the digital asset library, ensuring all files are easily accessible and up to date. Translation of ideas into sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes Research & trends: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Feedback & iteration: Receive feedback from team members to make necessary adjustments to designs to meet project requirements.WHAT WE OFFER: You’ll join a team of 7 international Marketeers who love to collaborate and exchange ideas. You will report directly to Lyubima, our Head of Marketing, and you will work closely with our Visual Designer, Ilani. This position will offer lots of opportunities where you will learn about brand guidelines, design systems and general design practices. You will be challenged to bring new ideas to the table and assist with content creation, video shooting and will be trained to edit and animate. All the above will make a great contribution to your skill development and to your design portfolio. ABOUT YOU:Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.Technical skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) also Figma or Canva would be a plus.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices effectively.Attention to detail: Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment and contribute ideas with an Excellent eye for detail and a powerful sense of aesthetics.Time management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
