Voor onze opdrachtgever, een technologische multinational, zijn wij op zoek naar een Directie Secretaresse / Management Assistant.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de directie van de nederlandse organisatie en in het bijzonder van de Financieel Directeur. Je werkt intensief samen met de Management Assistant van de Algemeen Directeur en de collega team assistenten. Je bent iemand die actief is, zelfstandig werkt en graag additionele taken binnen het bredere Finance en Support gebied verricht.

De volgende verantwoordelijkheden komen op je af:

• Beheren van de agenda van de Financieel Directeur;
• Organiseren van afspraken en bijeenkomsten (vergaderingen, lunches, diners, ed.);
• Boeken en organiseren van reizen
• Reviewen/aanvullen van presentatie
• diverse additionele taken waaronder afwikkelen van bestellingen en coördineren van handtekening proces

Gevraagd:

• Je hebt een havo of vwo diploma aangevuld met een secretarieel diploma;
• Je hebt 5 jaar secretariële werkervaring in een dynamische omgeving;
• Je bent vrolijk en energiek en levert graag support;
• Je bent nauwkeurig, kritisch, hebt geen 9-tot-5 werkhouding, bent praktisch en resultaatgericht;
• Je bent je bewust van kosten, neemt initiatieven;
• Je hebt uitstekende organisatie- en planning skills;
• Verder ben je communicatief, betrokken en spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
• Je beheerst het Microsoft Office pakket (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint);
• Je bent woonachtig in regio Den Haag;
• Werkweek van 24 tot 40 uur.
