Wat ga je doen als Supervisor?

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team in a warehouse and production environment. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure quality standards are met, and monitor compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will report results and areas for improvement to management while continuously working to optimize processes. In this role, you contribute to an efficient and safe work environment where collaboration is key.

Wat wij vragen:

• A vocational education (MBO level) or higher, preferably in logistics or operations.
• Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Affinity with safety and quality standards.
