Mondial is a fast-growing employment agency and payroller with offices in Schagen, St.-Annaparochie and Venlo. We are SNF, ABU and NEN 4400-1 certified and specialized in the employment, payroll and recruitment of international flex workers for companies in Noord-Holland, Friesland and Limburg. Experienced HR Employee (20 hours per week)

What are you going to do?

As an HR employee, you are the linchpin of our team. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our employees feel heard and valued. Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Support employees – You are the first point of contact for our (payroll) employees and help them with all their questions and problems.
• Administration – You keep all personnel files up-to-date and ensure correct processing of contracts and other HR-related documents. You are responsible for planning and organizing the interview cycle, training our employees and for the correct processing of sick leave
• Organizing events – You organize fun team outings and ensure a good atmosphere on the work floor.

 

What do we ask:

• A completed MBO4/HBO education in HRM or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar (consulting) position.
• You have strong communication skills and are a good listener.
• You are proactive and can work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A good command of Dutch and English.

 

What do we offer:

• A varied position in a growing company.
• Gross salary between €2,800 and €3,400, depending on experience and knowledge.
• 25 days of vacation, 8,25% holiday pay and a good pension scheme.
• Working in a close-knit team with an informal atmosphere where good coffee and fun outings are a given.
