HSE officer

As an HSE Officer at Royal Kaak, you play a crucial role in implementing and improving our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. Your challenge
In this role, you are responsible for executing the HSE policy and advising, monitoring, and supporting various departments on HSE matters. You oversee compliance with safety and environmental regulations and coordinate preventive and corrective measures. Additionally, you develop new safety procedures, provide training, and conduct audits and measurements. You play a key role in identifying risks and ensuring a safe working environment, both within Kaak and during installation and service projects for our customers. Moreover, you contribute to the further sustainability of our business activities.

What do we expect from you?

• A completed Applied Sciences (HBO) degree in Safety Science or a related field.
• A proactive, responsible, and communicative attitude, with strong collaboration and result-oriented skills.
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, and managing safety and environmental risks.
• Proficiency in drafting and updating safety and environmental procedures and maintaining systematic assurance.
• Experience conducting audits and assessing HSE incidents.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as occupational health and safety laws and environmental regulations.
