As an
ESG Data Implementation Specialis
t
, you will play a crucial supporting role in managing and mai
ntaining the quality of ESG data for CSRD compliance. Working under the direction of the Data Manager, you will be
responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability across various systems. You will assist in the development of data governance frameworks and work closely with internal teams to resolve data quality issues. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge ESG data strategy while growing your expertise in sustainability and data management. 

What you will do

Assist in
collecting and validating
ESG data for CSRD compliance. 
Support the Data Manager in
implementing data governance frameworks
. 

Monitor and resolve

data quality issues. 

Ensure accurate and timely

data for reporting and compliance. 
Collaborate with teams to align data processes with business goals. 

Prepare data

for reporting and insights. 

Document and maintain

data processes. 
Communicate
data issues
and
requirements
to stakeholders.

What you already have

2+ years of experience

in data collection, governance, or data management, ideally in an ESG or sustainability context 
Experience with
data management tools
such as Excel, SQL, or specialized ESG software 
Strong skills in
data validation and quality assurance
 
Knowledge of
sustainability frameworks
like GRI, CDP, or TCFD is an advantage 
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
