About the position

To expand our team, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven Operators (in training) who will help us support the growing production. You will start working in our cutting and packaging department or in the cooking and dough preparation. Here you will become part of an enthusiastic team of approximately 7 people. Your working day can look like this:

• You ensure the correct construction, adjustment and operation of the machine(s)/production line(s);
• You check whether all necessary raw materials and auxiliary materials are present;
• You check whether the process is running smoothly and make adjustments where necessary;
• You resolve minor malfunctions;
• You contribute to a clean and safe working environment by complying with the (hygiene) guidelines of De Koning Vlees;
• At the end of the day you dismantle the machine(s) again;
• Your working day starts alternately at 6:00 am or 8:00 am.

Job requirements

• We are looking for operators with several years of experience in a similar position, but we also invite production employees who are ready for the next step to respond to this vacancy;
• You are good at organizing work and you can think ahead and plan to control the process (think of upcoming product changes, etc.);
• Preferably you have experience in the food industry, you have a great sense of responsibility and you can work well in a team.

How long can I expect continued wages during sickness?

Do I get paid for overtime?
