Project planner
We are looking for a right-hand person to support our project leaders in preparing challenging projects from A to Z in foundation technology.
Who are we?
Vroom Funderingstechnieken is an all-rounder in pile systems and prefabricated foundation constructions. Thanks to our broad expertise and years of experience in foundation work, Vroom is involved from an early stage in complex and specialized foundation tasks.Your duties
As a Project Preparer, you are the central link between the client, our project leader, and the construction teams outside. The work is performed at our office in Oosthuizen. You are responsible for an effective and efficient preparation of assigned projects. You prepare the work, maintain project files, provide necessary documentation, and support the project leader.As a Project Preparer, you will contribute in the following ways:
- Preparing projects from A to Z: including compiling Project Information Map, assisting in the creation of pile schedules, handling documentation for contaminated soil, KLIC notifications, cables/pipes, and supporting the project leader in drafting additional and reduced work overviews;
- Drafting H&S plans, making reinforcement call-off schedules, and sending pile schedules to the client;
- Supporting the project leader in all tasks within the product group for the execution of projects;
- Working as a team with the project leader on the projects;
- Being responsible for compliance with company, quality, and safety regulations.
Who are you?
- You have an MBO level of work and thinking with a background in the industry or relevant knowledge acquired through work experience;
- Good command of MS Office and Autocad;
- Several years of experience in project administration;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;
- You think in terms of solutions and possibilities, and you have good technical and practical insight.
