is looking for a motivated colleague for the position of Restaurant Supervisor!
The Supervisor is responsible for responding and managing the expectations and wishes of the guests in all phases of their visit. The Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the wait staff in the absence of the (Assistant) Restaurant Manager.

ROYAL98 is located next to the famous Dam Square, where the Royal Palace and the famous department store 'De Bijenkorf' are also located. The Central Station is also a stone's throw from the restaurant; right in the center of Amsterdam!

Our menu focuses on fresh pasta, authentic wood-fired pizza, delicious salads and crispy sandwiches.

Your responsibilities include:
Taking (table) reservations;
Receiving guests upon arrival, guiding and advising on their menu choice;
Serving dishes and drinks and paying with the guests; Receiving and handling questions/complaints from guests;
Taking care of the mise en place;
Taking responsibility in the absence of the (Assistant) Restaurant Manager.
We are looking for someone with the following profile: Knowledge of the legal regulations in the field of safety and hygiene;
Speaks the Dutch and/or English language;
Is guest-oriented and investigates how to help guests adequately and optimally;
Knowledge of the Allergen legislation;
Previous experience in a similar position or your new step in your career
