Financial Consolidation Specialist 

My client is currently looking for a Financial Consolidation Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract. 

Tasks:

• Participate in consolidation and planning projects as a consultant
• Analyse the needs of the clients, formulate appropriate solutions, participate in their implementation and handover
• Help them o further develop our own solution for financial consolidation, especially from the IFRS compliance perspective
• Comply with the Company's Policy, legal and other regulations, including employer's instructions, with which they have been appropriately acquainted, and follow established internal procedures and practices.
• Avoid directly or indirectly offering, paying, soliciting, or accepting any improper payments, such as bribes or illegal remuneration, in any form.
• Report any conflict of interest arising between private activities and the performance of one’s professional activities, as well as avoiding such activities. 
• Comply with established control mechanisms for the approval of orders and contractual commitments, including control mechanisms for the approval of payments.

Required skills: 

• Practical experience with financial consolidation
• Good accounting and IFRS knowledge
• Experience with any kind of consolidation software implementation from the position of the implementor
• Experience with SAP tools like SAP Financial Consolidation, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar
• Experience in controlling, budgeting, reporting or analytics area
• Basic understanding of data modelling

• Start: April
• Language: English
• Duration: 12 months + extension
• Workload: Full time, 5 days per week
• Rate: Best EUR per day
