Our internships are
full-time
, have a
minimum duration of 6 months
and involve constant mentoring by a company mentor and a team of professionals.
Internships are based in one of our Italian offices: Milan, Rome, or Isernia, and can incorporate both on-site and remote working.

Areas and skills

Finance and Market Strategy

You will join the Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana or ELITE) or Post Trade (Euronext Securities Milan) teams in overseeing financial markets and related instruments in order to meet the demands of internal and external stakeholders. This role will allow you to become more confident in managing the dynamism of the market, embracing its current evolution and being part of the change itself.

We are looking for profiles with a background in Finance, Market Economics and Financial Intermediaries (Master's Degree).

Finance and Market Law

You will join the Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana) or Post Trade (Euronext Securities) teams in the study of financial market regulation in order to help the group comply with national and international law. In addition, the role will allow you to deepen the analysis of companies that want to list on the stock market, and listed companies that want to maintain their position with strength.

We are looking for profiles with a background in Law, specialising in Regulatory and Corporate Compliance (Master's Degree).

Finance and Quantitative Methods

You will join the Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana) or Post Trade (Euronext Securities Milan) teams in the study of quantitative analysis of financial instruments in order to manage data and reports that can be used to make strategic and important business decisions.

We are looking for profiles with a background in Finance, Mathematics and Statistics (Master's Degree).

Marketing & Communication

You will join the Primary Markets (Borsa Italiana) teams in organising financial conferences, events and training courses in order to support the company's products, activities and results worldwide. You will, in addition, have the opportunity to discover the financial environment and expand your professional network.

We are looking for profiles with a background in Marketing and Communication (Master's Degree).

Key Accountabilities

• Managing pre-paid accounts, monitoring activity levels and liaising with customers to ensure appropriate levels of funding
• Ensures customer invoices are processed accurately and in time
• Reconciliation of bank statements, as well as reconciliation of other methods of payment
• Daily payment allocation and invoice settlement
• Identifies and highlights credit notes and write-off concerns
• Processes daily accounts receivable by monitoring and collecting overdue debtors; actions on significant risk issues and minimizes DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Creates and maintains customer master data
• Escalates issues promptly (dispute management)
• Proactively engages with internal departments for the resolution of customer queries
• Prepares monthly statements for customers
• Develops and maintain professional working relationships with customers, colleagues and other internal departments
• Supports Management at all times to enable the Finance Function achieves its goals and objectives
• Provides reporting when needed
• Analyzes data and identify trends

• Assist colleagues with the layout and setup of PowerPoint presentations.
• Help design, manage, and improve sales reporting for management via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Your Profile

Professional Skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• VBA coding to create macro and automatize some tasks
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage market data.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems is a plus.
