From our offices in Amsterdam and Lisbon we serve clients from different locations and all sorts of industries, ranging from automotive to lifestyle, fashion and retail.

About you

In the position as a JUNIOR VISUAL DESIGNER at generous, you combine your creativity with concept and functionality. With your understanding of user behavior and client needs, we want you to create stunning visual concepts for our interactive products such as (web-) apps, platforms, or digital campaigns and content. While developing these concepts into a final product or content, you will bring special attention to every detail and ensure that everything is executed in the best possible way. You’re not only a great designer and storyteller but a confident speaker. You’re comfortable presenting intermediary designs during design reviews or through a presentation with a client, communicating the strength of your ideas convincingly.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE:

You're able to inspire other people; you know how to tell compelling visual stories and convert brand values into exciting concepts
You have strong presentation skills and can demonstrate the potential and power of your ideas to clients
You work well independently but also in within your team, the focus is to achieve the best results
You're keen on every detail to make sure everything is executed in the best possible way throughout the design process, from start to finish

WHAT YOU BRING:

A great feel for visual design and a sharp, analytical eye for quality
A focus on digital solutions and a great understanding and intuition for user behavior
Your passion and knowledge in design and technology
Open-minded, curious and able to create original work, with a strong sense of aesthetics
High proficiency in Adobe CC Suite and hands-on experience with Figma
+/-1 year professional experience

NICE TO HAVES:

You have an interest and/or experience with video and/or motion design and prototyping
You have experience with motion design and prototyping
