AWAREWAYS Business Consultant

Why the position of ‘Business Consultant’? Because we are not looking for a vendor, a ‘sales tiger’ or a ‘team player without 9-to-5 mentality’. We do expect our sales colleagues to be self-managing professionals who act as true ambassadors of our organization. Because you understand our services and our customers, from small(er) governments and SMEs to our major international clients.

You are socially, commercially and organizationally skilled. You’re also able to find opportunities both inside and outside to office to work with (new) clients by presenting our creative campaigns with great enthusiasm.

What we’re asking

We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for someone to streamline that process and take the next step with us. We therefore expect a lot from you, such as;

• HBO (higher professional education) work/thinking level

and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• You are independent, proactive, stress resistant and get things done
• You are available (at least) 32 hours per week
• Given the international nature of the organization,

command of the English language is important
