What will you be doing?
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, your area is Germany. You are responsible for generating business with key accounts in German Retail. You know how to build sustainable relationships in an efficient and effective way and you continuously strive for maximum results. Your duties are:- Make quotes
- Managing customer contracts
- Provide market information on a daily or weekly basis
- Proactively inform customers about (current) orders
- Price, period and stock discussions with the customer
- Managing the order to cash process
- Analyzing statistics and revenue trends per customer
- Responsible for the growth per product category in collaboration with the customer, purchasing and Category management
- Solving product quality issues

As Inside Sales Account Manager Germany, it is important that you have good communication skills and would like to be in contact with customers by telephone. You also meet the following expectations:- You have a Bachelor work and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a kind of equal position, such as: Inside Sales or Account manager
- Fluent command of the German and English language, spoken and written
- Experience within Retail, FMCG and / or Food, where you have to deal with varying availability and quality of products is a plus
- You are full-time available and willing to travel a few days a month
- Living in the Breda area
