Freelance Data Steward

Loyens & Loeff is looking for a freelance Data Steward who will play a key role in cleaning and updating information in our systems related to commercial processes. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring data quality and consistency, which is essential for the further development of our digital services within Loyens & Loeff.

As data steward you will have the following responsibilities:

Establish procedures to update and clean the data in systems (especially CRM system and PMS, invoicing systems);
Apply these procedures;
Liaise with users to get the info required to update the contacts details;
Train and refresh users;
Assist Business Development and perform extract/searches in the system;
Update data upon request from the Business and from Business Development;
Be involved on projects regarding cleaning of data, connection between systems and systems upgrade;
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, IT, Finance, Risk & Compliance.

This vacancy is something for you because you have/are:

Experience in such cleaning/updating initiative/role;
Experience in law firms/big 4;
Good understanding of the general economy/industries;
Knowledge of/experience with CRM system (if possible Dynamics);
Knowledge of/experience with PMS/Invoicing system (Intapp, Aderant if possible);
English, Dutch is an advantage;
Good command of Excel;
IT-savvy;
Command of word/PPT;
Command of reporting tool (PowerBI) is an advantage;
Mainly based in our Rotterdam office and regular presence is expected in the Amsterdam office;
You are immediately available for 6 months, for 36-40 hours per week.
Hourly rate: between €65 and €75.
