We're looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Senior Solutions Sales Manager to lead strategic Business Development initiatives that propel sales and client success. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales teams to create compelling proposals and respond to bids and RFPs, positioning our solutions at the forefront of the industry. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building meaningful relationships and understanding their unique business needs. By leveraging data analysis, you'll help clients streamline their operations, transition to data-driven decision-making, and extract valuable insights to overcome business challenges.This is what you bring
- Completed Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of consulting experience in data & analytics, process optimization, process mining, or related.
- Proven track record of sales experience
- A proven track record of delivering impactful data and analytics solutions in client engagements.
- Experience with process mining technology such as Celonis and/or SAP Signavio is a plus
- A robust understanding of ERP functional process areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in leading and running pre-sales and sales activities including lead generation, inspiration sharing, RFQ’s and RFP’s
- Exceptional analytical abilities to distill complexity into clear, concise insights.
- Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
- Empowered to take independent decisions, act flexible often under time pressure especially if business demands.
- An comprehensive professional network and significant commercial acumen.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both in oral and written communication.

What will you do in this position?
Key responsibilities include:- Managing and delivering Data & Analytics projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
- Recommending tools and platforms that enhance data and process analysis.
- Crafting detailed reports and analyses, presenting impactful findings to senior executives.
- Mentoring junior team members, supporting their growth and career development.
- Inspire our clients in the area of Process Intelligence
- Develop and implement sales strategies on pending opportunities and mature the pipeline.
- Engage with senior executives on data driven process transformation
- Build sustainable relationships with key client stakeholders
- Expand and refine our Data & Analytics propositions.
- Lead and manage client engagements in Data & Analytics within multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues, offering guidance and support.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in process intelligence/mining, process modelling, and process automation tools and technologies
- Partner with stakeholders across KPMG, including markets and sales, various consulting services for understanding synergies between service offerings and joint go to market

Application procedure
Step 1. Your applicationHave you applied? Then you will receive an invitation for the KPMG Talent Pitch immediately after your application. In the Talent Pitch, we not only get to know you, but you also get to know us better. We will also give you a tour of the world of KPMG. During the pitch, you will complete a personality questionnaire and take an aptitude test.
Step 2. The first interview
After completing the KPMG Talent Pitch, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter. In some cases, a colleague from the relevant department will also be present at the interview. This interview is a mutual introduction, where you also get the chance to ask all the questions you probably have.
Step 3. Follow-up interview
Did you have a positive conversation and are you still enthusiastic? If we also see a match, a second meeting will follow. In this second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. You may be asked to prepare a business case for the interview. Sometimes there is a final interview.
Step 4. Offer
Is there a match? Then we will make you an offer and hopefully you will start at KPMG soon. The offer will not only include your salary but also all our employment conditions, such as your pension, vacation days, and more! Do you agree with our offer? Step 5. Screening
