Function description

As Controller Reporting you are responsible for internal and external reporting as well as internal control. In your role you manage and coach an enthusiastic & diverse team of 6 people consisting of an Assistant Controller, 2 Management Accountants, a Financial Analyst, a Manager Consolidation & Reporting and a Manager Internal Control.

In this position you will be responsible for:
The timeliness and accuracy of financial information in line with the Company’s policies and applicable accounting rules including US GAAP and IFRS;

The consolidation process including further development of the use of PACCAR’s Financial Consolidation Application (BFC);
The monthly forecasting process and the maintenance and further development of the forecast model;
Development of management accounting and key performance indicators;
Implementation of data analytics tools and RPA;
Development, monitoring and ensuring the execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley and the Internal Control program of PFE;
Participation in related projects as assigned.
You will report to the Controller of PFE

Function Requirements

University degree at Masters level in accounting and/or business economics. A license as RA is preferred.
You have at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and financial reporting. Experience in the financial services sector is desirable
You have affinity with and active knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Furthermore, you have knowledge of and experience with Sarbanes Oxley.
You have strong analytical skills combined with a high degree of accuracy.
You are able to communicate well with all levels within the organization.
You are capable of handling deadlines and have a hands-on mentality with a high level of accuracy and customer orientation.
Your knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing, is excellent.
