(Senior) Manager - Power, Utilities & Renewables

What impact will you make?
You will shape and execute business transformations to future-proof your clients, accelerating the energy transition, driving growth and maximizing operational efficiency. You will innovate your clients’ operating model and empower the adoption of digital, AI and cloud-based technologies. You know the new Power, Utilities and Renewables business like no one else and together with your PU&R colleagues you will shape the Future of Energy.
How do you do this?
As a (Senior) Manager you make an impact on our growth ambitions through:
- Deliver top notch service and deliverables to our clients, lead the engagement planning and budget, orchestrate expertise across Deloitte, mobilize and manage the right team, create structure and overview, lead and facilitate interviews and workshops with senior client stakeholders;
- Manage interaction with clients and sponsors on a daily basis, advise clients on topics such as digital and business transformations, innovation and new technologies;
- Shape leading transformative projects at our clients, develop and maintain a network of decision makers in the industry, setup and lead pursuit teams, lead development of proposals, setup or participate in round tables and development of Point of Views;
- Be a mentor and coach for the team, further strengthen the team through development and recruitment, recognize individual and team contributions, enable an inclusive team culture, provide input and participate in the staffing and performance management process.

- Ruil 3 nationale feestdagen voor 3 niet-nationale feestdagen. Als je wilt.
- Een goede mobiliteitsregeling: de keuze uit verschillende opties zoals een leaseauto, reizen met het OV, een cash budget of een combinatie daarvan.
- Een laptop en iPhone. De iPhone mag je ook privé gebruiken.
- Een tijd-voor-tijdregeling. Gebruik de tijd die je op het ene moment meer maakt op momenten die er voor jou toe doen.
- Een pensioenregeling waarbij je eigen bijdrage slechts 2% is. Voor later.
- Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan de collectieve zorgkostenregeling.
- Fiscaal voordelige zaken. Denk aan bedrijfsfitness, het aanschaffen van een fiets tegen bruto salaris of de mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen.
- De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van 55 uur oppasdienst per kalenderjaar, als jouw kind 12 jaar of jonger is.
- Een maandelijks budget waarmee je keuzes kunt maken in flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals extra vakantiedagen of het financieren van een fietsplan.
- Zes weken volledig betaald geboorteverlof voor traditionele huishoudens en regenbooggezinnen.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager Power, Utilities & Renewables:
- a Masters degree in (preferably) economics, business or technology;
- extensive consulting (6+ years) experience leading large transformational programs and/or relevant industry experience from the Power, Utilities & Renewables sector;
- a strong network in the Energy, Resources or Industrials sectors;
- excellent social, communication and analytical skills in both Dutch and English;
