Candidate Notary Real Estate Law

For our office in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for a driven junior civil-law notary specializing in Real Estate Law. Due to the rapid growth of our dynamic practice, which serves regional, national, and international clients—mainly in the high-end segment—we are seeking an independent, enthusiastic new colleague who is client-focused, entrepreneurial, and eager to contribute to the further expansion of our notarial practice.

Taxperience Notary Services is a young firm, established on January 1, 2022. In your daily work, you’ll handle challenging cases for a diverse range of clients, from family businesses to multinationals. Collaboration and consultation with colleagues, including on (international) tax matters, are encouraged and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client meetings, sometimes in collaboration with tax and legal colleagues;
• Providing legal advice to clients;
• Independently managing cases;
• Drafting deeds and legal documents;
• Maintaining contact with clients and other involved parties;
• Acting as a stand-in when needed.

Profile

• We are looking for both junior civil-law notaries and those with several years of relevant experience in notarial practice;
• Specialization in Real Estate Law;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal;
• Communicative, proactive, flexible, and commercially minded;
• Practical, collegial, and a team player.
