We are always on the lookout for interns. The designers, developers, strategists, and managers of the future who, just like us, always strive to deliver creative work with impact. Together we design user experiences – from brand identities and digital platforms to real-life events – for businesses and organisations that make a positive impact in the world.As an intern you will be working on projects for real clients; projects that receive international exposure. You will gain experience working in a team with a drive for quality. From helping with our own initiatives, like journalism platform De Correspondent and The Correspondent, to creating for clients like top institute for cancer research Oncode, the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB), The Embassy of Good Science and New York University.

About your role

This internship is for the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021.
We are looking for a talented individual who has a drive to explore digital trends and innovations. Experience in research at academic level and strong writing skills is advantageous, as we want to get to work with you straight away. And we’re not the only ones, you will be working closely with designers, developers, and project managers.

During the internship, you will be mentored by the Managing Director Business Development. With him you'll work on research into new projects, prospects, markets and trends. If research is part of a client project, you will be working together with one of our UX designers. This way you will feel a part of the Momkai team and learn from experts in your field.

An internship at Momkai takes five to six months. We welcome people from all over the world into our international team - provided that you are registered as a student at an educational institution in the European Union. During your internship, your mentor will help you set and achieve your internship goals.You will be welcomed by a close-knit team, who will do anything in their power to make you feel at home and help you develop yourself. We appreciate every individual’s perspective and we believe that keeping commitments builds trust. At Momkai you will be part of an independent design studio that has its own distinct character since 2002.
