Employment agency Manpower is looking for a business assistant for Medtronic in Eindhoven.

As business assistant, you will become part of the Business Support team. Your goal will be to guide customers through the multinational company that is Medtronic. You are the administrative support system of all clients, which means you work with both internal and external systems. All plans for events, meetings and trainings are made possible because of your work. And all questions about Medtronic and its work are answered by you. That is what makes you such a multi-faceted talent!

What’s in for you

  • Gross salary of €17.- per hour
  • Reimbursement of travel costs of €0.19 per kilometre, with a maximum of 40 kilometres retour

Functie-eisen

A mbo plus degree
At least one year of experience working in the field of administration or in an events & planning support team
Knowledge of the applications of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferably SAP and/or ERP
Availability of 40 hours per week
An excellent command of the Dutch and English language (at least level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) due to the documentation and internal communication in these languages

You are also customer focused, flexible and a pro-active team player. Living near Eindhoven, Helmond, Tilburg, Deurne or Gemert
is a bonus but not mandatory!
