Job Description

Onze klant is een wereldwijd opererend bedrijf met meer dan 45.000 medewerkers. Wij werken in diverse sectoren zoals Infrastructuur, Energy & Chemicals en Advanced Technology & Life Sciences. Binnen de afdeling Infrastructuur richten zij zich op het managen van grootschalige infrastructurele projecten, waarbij we een sleutelrol spelen in het beheersen van risico’s, budgetten en kwaliteit. We streven naar duurzame oplossingen en veilige, hoogwaardige projecten.

De functie

Als Financieel Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, trainen en evalueren van een team van project business-analisten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de financiële processen van onze klantprojecten – van facturatie tot financiële rapportages – soepel verlopen. Deze functie biedt een unieke kans om advies te geven op het gebied van multi-entiteit en multi-land uitvoering, inclusief complexe boekhoudkundige vereisten. Jij wordt een onmisbare schakel in het financiële succes van onze infrastructuurprojecten.

Wat ga je doen?

Strategisch Inzicht: Ontwikkelen van Businessplannen en zorgen dat analisten een duidelijk begrip hebben van de commerciële voorwaarden van het Prime Contract.

Financiële Analyse: Analyseren van financiële projectresultaten en projectmanagement ondersteunen in het begrijpen en communiceren van de financiële prestaties.

Resultaat en Rapportage: Goedkeuren van winst- en verliesrekeningen, balansen en backlog-rapportages voor projecten.
Maand- en Kwartaalafsluiting: Toezicht houden op alle financiële activiteiten rondom afsluitingen.
Internationaal Financieel Beheer: Analyseren van valutatransacties en boekhoudkundige zaken voor projecten in meerdere landen.
Lokale Compliance: Toepassen en analyseren van lokale wet- en regelgeving en fiscale
vereisten die projectuitvoering beïnvloeden.

Wat bring jij mee?

HBO/Academisch werk- en denkniveau
8+ jaar relevante werkervaring
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden, van management tot klanten en leveranciers.
Technische en financiële kennis om jouw team en projecten succesvol te ondersteunen.
Inzicht in nationale en internationale regelgeving, met oog voor detail en efficiëntie.
Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend; Engels is een pre.
