As a consultant you will join a team of passionate experts, who take the time to understand their clients' business, commercial performance, culture and strategy. Through continuous contact with high potential candidates in Sales, Marketing & Digital - whom you will coach and advice as they progress through their careers - you will become the matchmaker of the candidate's drive and the needs of some of the most interesting companies in the world. You will prospect, develop and deepen the relationship with your clients at C-level and manage the whole recruitment process.

Profil

The main ingredient we look for is true passion for Sales, Marketing & Digital. If you can add a profound university education, worthwhile professional experience and an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, it will get you halfway.
