Functie omschrijving
Onze klant, waaronder ook de afdeling Infrastructure valt, richt zich op het managen van grote infraprojecten en het daarbij beheersen van risico s, tijd, geld en kwaliteit. Vaak werken we in consortiumverband, in nauwe samenwerking met onze partners. Onze impact op de projecten is vanwege onze centrale en integrale rol groot.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Strategische Inkoopmanager.
Doel van deze rol is het neerzetten, coördineren en uitvoeren van eventueel in samenwerking met een team, van het inkoopproces waarbij zo optimaal mogelijk wordt ingekocht.

Taken

• Leidinggeven aan het team Inkoop
• Implementeren en presenteren van het inkoopproces aan alle disciplines op het project en het geven van trainingen aan nieuwe medewerkers.
• Ontwikkelen van standaarden voor het inkoopproces voor de projectorganisatie.
• Afstemmen van inkoopvoorwaarden met de contractmanager.
• Opzetten van een inkoop team (en de daarbij behorende rekwisities).
• Ontwikkelen, reviewen en implementeren van de inkoopplanning, long list en de pre-kwalificatie documentatie samen met de relevante afdelingen.
• PAP opstellen.
• Draaien van rapporten om de status van Inkoop te rapporteren, in alle fasen van het project.
• Reviewen en verbeteren van het inkoopproces.
• Bijdragen aan een open proactieve veiligheidscultuur.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van het inkoopproces binnen de projectorganisatie.
• Verantwoordelijk voor integer en compliance inkoopproces.
• Managen van de periodieke voortgangsvergadering met deelprojecten m.b.t. tot de status van alle relevante orders in MFC.
• Proceseigenaar en verantwoordelijk voor periodiek reviewen van het proces.

Bevoegdheden

• Aanstellen van nieuwe medewerkers.
• Zelfstandig inkopen van kleine tot middelgrote inkoopovereenkomsten conform Autorisatiematrix.

Gewenste opleiding

• HBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Opleiding Inkoop of Technische Bedrijfskunde.

Aanvullende trainigenen en opleidingen

• VCA-basis.
• GPI-Infra.
• Kennis van inkoop procedures en processen zijn noodzakelijk.
• Ten minste 10 jaar relevante werkervaring, binnen een complexe engineering, inkoop en constructie omgeving.
• Ervaring met infrastructurele projecten is een pré.
