At Rightbrains we foster a culture of mentoring with the help of experienced mentors and professionals from the industry. Mentors can help you map out your career path, prepare and guide you on your career journey and help you transform your mindset. However, building the grit and persistence is what will set you up for success.

For our next Mentor Meetup we are honoured to announce that we have Tanja Ubert, Lecturer at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, and Marieke van Gent, entrepreneur and consultant at IT Efficiency to share lessons learned from past experiences so that mentees can steepen their learning curve and succeed.

to experience a new mentoring session where women in the community share experiences from their mentor-mentee relationships, how to find a mentor, how to start the conversation and how to help you grow in your digital career.

Marieke van Gent is an IT consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the digital industry, where she held a number of different business analysis and implementation project management roles before starting her own consultancy, IT Efficiency Projectbureau.
