What will you do?
- As Assistant Shift Supervisor, you will ensure that production runs smoothly according to schedule. You also ensure that we comply with the rules on quality, quantity, safety and the environment;
- You are actively involved in coming up with possible improvements in both the organisation and the (production) processes;
- Thanks to your technical expertise, you can quickly notice and analyse problems in the process;
- In the absence of the shift supervisor, you are the replacement;
- You like to transfer all your knowledge and skills to your colleagues so that the learning curve keeps rising.

What we expect from you
- An Operator B diploma, or other technical degree at at least MBO3 level;
- Working experience as an All-round Operator with preference in the chemical industry;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- Eye for improvement opportunities and a critical eye for work processes.
