Experience with machinery and attention to detail are essential for this position. Your Responsibilities Oversee the packaging process and independently resolve minor technical issues; for more complex problems, you will coordinate with the technical team. Work closely with fellow operators to maintain an efficient and streamlined production process. Ensure the production line is continuously supplied with the necessary materials to prevent downtime. Conduct quality checks, report deviations, and suggest improvements to maintain high product standards.
