Engineer:

• Who will troubleshoot and repair equipment, facilities, and systems (including HVAC and electrical)
• Who will execute preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
• Who will perform Mechanical-Maintenance: such as Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration, air-conditioning etc.
• Who will work with BMS (Building Management System) operation
• Who will supervise on guest safety and fire safety
• Who will do plumbing, repairs to (kitchen) equipment, installations, facilities and lighting
• Who will assist external companies with renovations, major repairs and maintenance
• Preferably with previous experience as an

Engineer

• Who has a passion for hospitality
