Are you ready for a new challenge as a manager within Hospitality and are you available soon? Then this is your chance! Spirit Hospitality Services is looking for an enthusiastic, hospitable and entrepreneurial Supervisor with a passion for high end service! Do you have 5*service in your DNA and would you like to lead a large team of receptionists and be the contact person for the customer? Then read on quickly!

You will play a key role in supporting the team with achieving consistent and quality results. In addition, you will be involved in implementing projects aimed at improving operations.

Your work as a Supervisor

As Supervisor you are the business card of TU Eindhoven and the contact person for the client and the hospitality team. You are responsible for the motivation and operational management during the day of the team. We also ask you to think along with operational improvement proposals. In the various buildings on campus you will supervise the new colleagues and together with the team ensure a perfect service every day.

You have a passion for hospitality and get energy from organizing a hospitable experience. In addition, you have operational responsibility and it is very important that you can communicate at all levels, that you can switch easily and that you know how to tackle things! In short: a fun job full of variety, where you make everyone happy by offering a warm welcome. • You have experience in a leadership or management position;
• You have experience in service work (hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
• You can support well and know exactly how to supervise and train employees;
• You are solution-oriented and find innovative ways to improve daily operations.

Furthermore, it is important that you

Are available full time immediately for various shifts taking place between 07:00-18:00 - 32 hours is also negotiable

(we understand there may be a notice period with your current employer);

• Live in (the vicinity of) Eindhoven;
• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and can quickly master new software or applications;
• Have no problem traveling to work by public transport.
