Test Manager Software Automation

Senior Software Test Manager with Automation knowledge (German-speaking) – Financial Product

 
Our client is a leading company in the financial sector, delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower customers through seamless digital experiences. This product helps individuals to make meaningful financial decisions and get their assets on track.

 
We are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager to join the team in Frankfurt and contribute to the success their financial advisory product by consulting on automation tools and collaborating with a team of motivated professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting

: Provide expert guidance to clients on automation tools and best practices, ensuring their specific needs and goals are met.

Automation Strategy Development

: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust automation strategies that drive performance.

Stakeholder Interaction

: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively and delivering clear insights to support decision-making processes.

Mentorship and Leadership

: Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and developing their skills in automation testing.

Project Management

: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of automation testing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
 

Requirements

Language Proficiency

: 

Fluent communication in German (essential)

 and English.

SonarQube 

and 

Zephyr Scale

 and practical experience with automation frameworks like 

Playwright 

are an advantage.

Experience

: Proven experience as a Test Manager, with expertise in tools and methodologies, HP UFT, TOSCA or comparable tools. In-depth test tool experience (JIRA, HP Quality Center, ALM Octane)

Financial 

or 

Insurance 

background is a plus.

Leadership Abilities

: Track record of successfully mentoring and leading junior team members.

Communication Skills

: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge

: Proficiency in key automation tools, scripting languages, and testing frameworks.
