Financial Analyst Europe
Responsibilities:• Support the harmonization of chart of accounts and utilization within and across the European cluster entities• Support the harmonization of cost center structure and utilization within and across the European cluster entities• Collect and analyze historical adjustments made at the end of each month between the ERP source data and eventual consolidation• Download and upload reports and data from various ERP’s and systems primarily, Dynamics and OneStream• Document the adjustments and steps followed to transpose historical data from one system to another• Ensure that figures both the historical and new systems reconcile• Communicate and coordinate between other cluster analysts in order to consolidate fundings and recommendations in an effort to harmonize functional requirements, ways of working• Prepare SOPs (standard operating procedures) to train existing team members in the effective management of monthly reporting and consolidation in the new tool, OneStream Function Location About you Qualifications:• Accountant• Previous experience in financial consolidation in a multi-currency, multi entity environment• Proven Proficiency in Excel with a strong bias towards automation, VBA, SQL• Confident in Microsoft Office applications• Language proficiency: English is mandatory, other European languages would be beneficial.Qualities:• Ability to work under pressure and independently• Personable, clear communicator as this role will be required to liaise with subject matter experts for information and joint problem solving• Affinity working with newly implemented systems, requirements testing and validations• Attention to detail We offer • A competitive salary, 24 holidays per year, a company pension scheme, a bonus scheme and other benefits.• Hybrid work model.• A multi-faceted challenge in a successful, multinational chemical distributor.• The possibility on working on Caldic’s strategic growth pillars.• An inspiring working atmosphere in a stable company.
