About us

We are Moovs and we guide and support strategic behavioral changes in people and organizations. We work closely with various clients, such as Albert Heijn, Pathé, KPMG, de Bijenkorf, but also courts and ministries. We advise our clients with creative suitable solutions to realize behavioral change within employees and organizations. These solutions can be developed within the clients’ organization, by us, or by means of co-creation between the client and Moovs.

Moovs is, together with Maxxecure, Public Domain, Savant Learning Partners and Moovs Digital, part of Group Moovs. Group Moovs guides her (international) clients in strategic behavioral development through coaching, leadership and cultural trajectories, training, courses and digital innovative events.

The function as an experienced Training Consultant

As a training consultant you will develop and provide different trainings or workshops. You will advise clients and will develop suitable solutions including creative interventions in order to realize long term organizational change. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of professionals. 

Tasks that belong to your function:

•

Developing and designing trainings:

•

Providing trainings on various subjects:

• Moovs(business, psychology, service, sales and leadership);
• Maxxecure(safety and resilience);
• PublicDomain (public administration & psychology);

•

Advise clients about suitable solutions;

•

Building your own customer base, through relationship management;

•

Collaboration with clients (co-creation).

What does a week at Moovs look like?

You will give two or three days of training a week. The other days, you will work on developing and designing new training programs, collaborate with (new) clients or help writing offers. 

Who are you?

You are energetic, curious, result-oriented and resilient. Your character is described by proactiveness, flexibility and openness. Furthermore, you always strive to be the best version of yourself.

Prerequisites:

•

You have a bachelor- or master degree;

•

You have five years of work experience as a trainer;

•

You are able to develop and design training material;

•

You have experience in training operational managers and professionals; 

•

You are able to maintain a client network and built up your own client base; 

•

You have strong communication skills in English.
