The Sales Support Specialist will support the EMEA sales team as well as the related Customer Care Representative(s) who provide support to external customers. The SSS will do the order intake and aid in developing the forecast and will ensure a smooth operation of the required daily activities by optimizing the workflow and priorities within the team consisting of Sales and Sales support department to strive for the optimal revenue in the month/quarter.

Essential responsibilities will include managing the communication with external customers, wholesalers and end users; Forecast sheet(s), understanding order intake and the relation of booked orders not lined up to ship in forecasted month, updates of opportunities/schedules in SAP to reflect forecast sheets correctly; maintain the stock and inventory up to date; maintain the catalogue of products; communicate with factories.

Skills

You have

• Education level: MBO or above
• Fluent Dutch and English; Conversational German
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
• MS Office knowledge
• 2-6 years of related work experience in sales or sales support role or a relevant combination of education and experience

You Are

Strong problem solver with ability to quickly and correctly assess the impact, complexity and urgency of problems reported by customers.
Results orientated, able to drive activities necessary to bring tasks to conclusion and deliver desired results.
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently as well as in a Team environment
Ability to present information clearly and concisely, in verbal and written forms and to communicate comfortably with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
