Financial Administrator

Would you love to work in a great food company? Our client is looking for a new Financial Administrator to join their French team. Do you want to join their young and energetic Finance team?

Main Responsibilities

• Processing expense and intercompany invoices
• Prepare supplier payment batch
• Creating new vendors in the system
• Follow-up and analysis of the creditors list
• Uploading weekly sales
• Reviewing, following-up and controlling petty cash and cash variance
• Daily booking of the bank
• Weekly follow-up and maintenance on cash reconciliation

Main Requirements?

• MBO4 and/or PDB
• Working proficiency in

English
